Mug Cake
- 5 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- pinch cinnamon
Caramel Drizzle
- 1 tbsp vegan butter or regular butter
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut cream or half and half
- vanilla extract

combined all mug cake ingredients together than transfer to a mug

Microwave for 1 minute

While waiting for mug cake to cook in the microwave make your caramel drizzle over medium heat on the stove top until fully incorporated!
