Chai Spice Cinnabon Mug Cake
- 4 tbsp flour all-purpose or gluten free
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt I used dairy free
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chai spice creamer I an oat milk based creamer but you can use any nut milk
- vanilla yogurt
- vanilla bean
Mix all ingredients thoroughly then transfer to small ramekin thats oven safe and greased.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or pop into the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds
Remove and top with vanilla yogurt mixed with vanilla bean and cinnamon – enjoy!
