Chocolate PB Banana Stuffed French Toast
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 sliced of your favorite bread
- peanut butter
- melted chocolate
mix together the egg, cinnamon, and almond milk – set aside. spread pb on both slices of bread then layer in the sliced banana. sandwich the two together and dip into your egg mixture! transfer to cast iron pan (medium heat) coated in melted vegan butter. cook both sides for 5-7 minutes or until crispy brown. slice down the middle and add extra toppings if desired.
