Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • handful strawberries i keep the tops on
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach or 2 big handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 big handful of ice or more if you want
  • 1 scoop protein powder Optional

Instructions

  1. blend all ingredients in your blender and top with whatever you like!
