
Cookies ‘N’ Cream Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 3 tbsp Almond milk
- splash vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 Gluten free Oreos, crushed
Instructions

in small pot over low heat add in coconut butter, milk, and vanilla. mix until everything is fully combined then transfer to bowl.

add in coconut oil (mix) then add flour & baking soda.

lastly fold in the oreos! pop into the microwave for 1 minute & feel free to add more crushed oreo to the top!
