preheat oven 450F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. in a bowl mix all your dry ingredients together – set aside. cut cauliflower in florets (if you aren’t using a bag) and dip into egg then roll in almond flour mixture. try to keep them from getting clumpy by letting egg drip off before rolling…also use one hand for egg dipping and the other for almond flour mixture rolling. place on baking sheet and pop into the oven for 12 minutes. remove, flip cauliflower nuggets, place back in the oven for another 14 minutes. Once done toss in the buffalo (or bbq etc) sauce! lay back on sheet and bake for about 2 minutes. remove and enjoy with your favorite dip!
