Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until it’s smooth with no clumps. Feel free to mix the chocolate chips right into the batter or you can place them on top! If you like a more fudgey cake pop into the microwave for 1 minute – if you like a more cakey texture do 1:15.
