Gluten Free Blueberry Cobbler Waffle

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup wild frozen blueberries (or regular)


  • vanilla greek yogurt mixed with honey and cinnamon
  • drizzled pure maple syrup


  1. Blend your oats in a blender until it turns into a powder

  2. Transfer to a bowl with mashed banana, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla

  3. Mix thoroughly then fold in blueberries

  4. Transfer to waffle maker thats preheated and sprayed – don’t remove until the green button appears on the waffle maker

  5. If you do not have an indicator on your waffle maker just wait until the waffle is golden brown!

  6. Top and serve. Enjoy!
