
Gluten Free Blueberry Cobbler Waffle
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup wild frozen blueberries (or regular)
Toppings
- vanilla greek yogurt mixed with honey and cinnamon
- drizzled pure maple syrup
Instructions

Blend your oats in a blender until it turns into a powder

Transfer to a bowl with mashed banana, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla

Mix thoroughly then fold in blueberries

Transfer to waffle maker thats preheated and sprayed – don’t remove until the green button appears on the waffle maker

If you do not have an indicator on your waffle maker just wait until the waffle is golden brown!
