
Gluten Free Lemon Poppyseed Mug Cake
Ingredients
Mug Cake
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 Lemon fresh juice
- 1.5 tsp poppyseeds
Glaze
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup

mix ingredients together until fully combined then pop into the microwave for 1 minute! Topped with the glaze and enjoy!
