Ingredients

Mug Cake

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 Lemon fresh juice
  • 1.5 tsp poppyseeds

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. mix ingredients together until fully combined then pop into the microwave for 1 minute! Topped with the glaze and enjoy!
