
Gluten-Free Single Serving Apple Crisp
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup Gala apple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp arrowroot flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Topping
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cold butter, cut into smaller cubes
Instructions

preheat oven to 350F and spray small ramekin with coconut oil

Make your apple filling and transfer it to small ramekin

Now mix together your topping and lay it on top of the apple mixture

Pop into the oven for 20-25 minutes

Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream or eat as is
