
Oatmeal Apple Bombs
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy pecan butter or any nut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup fine almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Instructions

preheat oven 350F – line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then bring together

Fold in chocolate chips, apple slices and chia seeds.

Use a cookie scoop to transfer to lined baking sheet and pop into the oven for 12 minutes

Eat right away or store in airtight container in the fridge
