mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour then place dough in the freezer for 15 minutes. while waiting, dice the strawberries(set aside) and melt the chocolate with about 1 tsp of coconut oil over stove top. remove dough from the freezer and scoop out balls using a cookie scooper. flatten each ball and fill with a small amount of chopped strawberries. carefully pinch sides until fully closed and lightly role back into ball form. place back in freezer for another 15 minutes. remove, dip half way into chocolate, place back on sheet and freeze until hardened. store in airtight container in fridge!
