
Graveyard Cups
Ingredients
Chocolate Pudding
- 16 oz coconut cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/8 cup cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup arrowroot powder
Cookie Crumble Dirt
- the cookie part of an Oreo, crumbled
Gravestone
- 1 Milano cookie
- 1 black edible baking marker to write “R.I.P”
Instructions

For the pudding combine the coconut milk, coconut sugar, cacao powder and vanilla extract in medium saucepan on medium-high heat

Add in the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted

Reduce heat to medium-low

Continue stirring until it begins to thicken – stir in the arrowroot powder until dissolved

Remove from heat, transfer to bowl and let set for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours!

Once done scoop into cups, top with cookie crumble and gravestone. Enjoy!
