Chocolate Pudding

  • 16 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/8 cup cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup arrowroot powder

Cookie Crumble Dirt

  • the cookie part of an Oreo, crumbled


  • 1 Milano cookie
  • 1 black edible baking marker to write “R.I.P”


  1. For the pudding combine the coconut milk, coconut sugar, cacao powder and vanilla extract in medium saucepan on medium-high heat

  2. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted

  3. Reduce heat to medium-low

  4. Continue stirring until it begins to thicken – stir in the arrowroot powder until dissolved

  5. Remove from heat, transfer to bowl and let set for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours!

  6. Once done scoop into cups, top with cookie crumble and gravestone. Enjoy!
