
Healthier Edible PB Cup Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, NOT fully melted but soft
- 1/4 cup pure cane sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour bobs red mill
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 4 chopped peanut butter chocolate cups I used Justins
Instructions

in a medium bow, mix together coconut oil, cane sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract

And salt and stir in the flour! Slowly add in the milk and mix until fully incorporated.

Chop up your Pb cups and fold them into the mix

Use a small cookie scooper to transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Pop into the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and then serve! Enjoy
