  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate bar, chopped Bonus if is has almonds in it!
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • shredded coconut measure to your liking


  1. mix ingredients thoroughly and melt in microwave for about 45 seconds – remove and stir

  2. fold in coconut shreds

  3. Scoop into silicone ice tray and top with extra coconut shreds

  4. Freeze for an hour before serving – store in the refrigerator!
