Healthy Coconut Fudge
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate bar, chopped Bonus if is has almonds in it!
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- shredded coconut measure to your liking
mix ingredients thoroughly and melt in microwave for about 45 seconds – remove and stir
fold in coconut shreds
Scoop into silicone ice tray and top with extra coconut shreds
Freeze for an hour before serving – store in the refrigerator!
