
Healthy Greek Yogurt Blueberry Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat or unbleached all-purpose
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar or pure cane
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large pasture raised eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 – 2 cups Fresh blueberries, washed
Instructions

preheat oven 350F and line loaf pan with parchment paper

Bring together dry ingredients and set aside

Bring together wet ingredients and pour into the dry

Lastly fold in the blueberries and then transfer to loaf pan

Let bake for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean!
