
Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- 1 cup fine almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Marshmallow Frosting
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions

preheat oven 350F and line 8×8 dish with parchment paper

Mix all ingredients together until fully combined!

Spread evenly into dish – make sure its even across the top

Bake for 20 minutes

Once done remove from oven and begin to make marshmallow frosting

Over medium heat combined marshmallow and coconut oil – once fully combined lather across the top of the brownies
