Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • handful dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. i have a silicone snack bar maker that makes this process super easy BUT if you don’t have one – just form them into cookies or balls! place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pop into the fridge. enjoy!
