7-Grain French Toast Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Angelic Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread
  • 2 + 1/3 Cup Almond milk
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Topping

  • 1/4 Cup Whole wheat flour Or all-purpose
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Whisk together almond milk, coconut sugar, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt – set aside for 15 minutes

  3. Chop bread into small cubes and place into a greased 9×9 baking dish

  4. Once the 15 minutes is over pour the liquid mixture over top

  5. Prep your topping – sprinkle over top the casserole

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve with maple syrup & fruit!
