Baked Oats Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe organic bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • organic raspberries
  • organic blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F - line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Mix all of your ingredients together except for raspberries and blueberries, you should get a wet/dense consistency 

  3. Place a spoonful of 8 balls onto the baking sheet and press and thumbprint in each

  4. Crush your raspberries and blueberries (separately) with a fork and fill the center if each cookie with the jam

  5. You can use raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, whatever you like!

  6. Bake for 15 minutes - then drizzle with almond butter or peanut butter
