Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon
  • cinnamon
  • coconut sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into 1/4 inch thick slices

  2. Brush each slice with the lemon juice

  3. Place on sprayed baking sheet or lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake at 250F until golden brown! (about 1.5 hours)
