
Banana Chocolate Chunk Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 banana - mashed other half sliced and placed on top of oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- handful dairy free dark chocolate
- dash vanilla extract
- dash chia seeds optional
Instructions

Preheat oven 350

Combine all ingredients except for banana sliced and chocolate chunks

Place banana slices and chocolate chunks on top of oats

Bake for 25 minutes! Enjoy!
