Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana smashed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries & raspberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F - grease your oven safe dish

  2. In a medium sized bowl combined all ingredients - pour into your oven safe dish

  3. You can top with any berries you have leftover or leave as is

  4. Place in oven for 25 minutes 

  5. I top mine with organic peanut butter! Enjoy!
