
Cherry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- dash vanilla extract
- handful frozen cherries
Instructions

Preheat oven 350F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and scoop into oven safe baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Once done remove and top with whatever you like – here I used almond butter and a homemade cherry compote!
