Chocolate Almond Butter Blackberry Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • Full bag Dark chocolate chunks, chips, or a full chocolate bar
  • Almond butter
  • Crushed blackberries
  • Pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over stove top

  2. Place liners in muffin pan

  3. Pour half of the mixture into 9 cups – place in freezer for 10 minutes

  4. Remove from freezer and squeeze almond butter on top of chocolate in each individual cup then on top of almond butter place a dollop of crushed blackberry – place back in freezer for 10 minutes

  5. Remove from freezer and pour the remaining chocolate on top of each cup – sprinkle salt to finish them off 

  6. Place back in freezer for 20 minutes – enjoy!
