
Chocolate Almond Butter Blackberry Cups
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- Full bag Dark chocolate chunks, chips, or a full chocolate bar
- Almond butter
- Crushed blackberries
- Pink Himalayan salt
Instructions

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over stove top

Place liners in muffin pan

Pour half of the mixture into 9 cups – place in freezer for 10 minutes

Remove from freezer and squeeze almond butter on top of chocolate in each individual cup then on top of almond butter place a dollop of crushed blackberry – place back in freezer for 10 minutes

Remove from freezer and pour the remaining chocolate on top of each cup – sprinkle salt to finish them off

Place back in freezer for 20 minutes – enjoy!
