Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 Overripe bananas
  • 3 Cage free eggs
  • 2 Cups Almond flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
  • Handful Crushed walnuts
  • Chocolate chunks Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Mix all wet ingredients then fold in the dry – lastly fold in the walnuts

  3. Scrape into greased loaf pan and scatter chocolate chunks down the middle 

  4. Bake for 60 minutes checking throughout
