Preheat the oven to 375F and line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper. Put your oats in the blender or food processor – blend until it’s powder. Begin to mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl except for the toppings and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour batter into the prepared pan, using a spatula to distribute evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes! Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes. While waiting, heat the chocolate and coconut oil over medium heat on the stove top – once melted pour on top of the banana bread. Lastly, sprinkle the crushed almond butter covered nuts all across the top!
