
Gluten Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
WET:
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 Cage free eggs
- 1/3 Cup Almond milk Or any nut milk
- 1/4 Cup Coconut oil melted and cooled
- 1 Tbsp Pure maple syrup
DRY:
- 1/2 Cup Gluten free flour
- 2 Tbsp Coconut sugar
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven 350F and line loaf pan with parchment paper

Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then fold into one another

Pour into loaf pan and add whatever you like to the top! I used sliced almond, crushed pecans, dark chocolate, and chia seeds
