Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 organic pasture-raised egg if vegan sub with appleasauce
  • 1 tbsp no-salt butter
  • pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together 

  2. Pour half into medium sized pan so it just covers the bottom - wait for bubbles to show on the top so you know when it's ready to be flipped

  3. Makes two crepes - double for a bigger serving

  4. Enjoy!
