
Gluten Free Funfetti Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coocnut oil melted
- 1 cup pure cane sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 large cage free egg or sub flax egg if vegan
- 2 tsp pur vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup natural multicolored sprinkles

Preheat oven 350F

Line baking sheet with parchment paper

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together until fully combined

Scoop onto baking sheet – not too big!

Bake for 10 minutes!
