Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coocnut oil melted
  • 1 cup pure cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 large cage free egg or sub flax egg if vegan
  • 2 tsp pur vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 cup natural multicolored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together until fully combined

  4. Scoop onto baking sheet – not too big!

  5. Bake for 10 minutes!
