
Gluten Free Maple Glazed Donuts w/ Vegan option
Ingredients
Donuts
- 1 Organic cage free egg If vegan sub 1 flax egg: 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water let sit 10 minutes in fridge until thick
- 1 Cup Gluten free flour
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- Dash Vanilla extract
Glaze
- 1/2 Cup Confectioners sugar
- 1/4 Cup Pure maple syrup
Instructions

Preheat oven 375F – grease donut pan

Mix all donut ingredients together then pipe into pan pockets

Bake for 10 minutes

While waiting for donuts to rise make your glaze

Remove donuts from oven – let cool on rack

Once cooled off dip into donut glaze – enjoy!
