
Gluten Free Oatmeal Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 cage free eggs
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven 350 – line loaf pan with parchment paper

Mix together your wet ingredients then fold in the dry

Scoop into loaf pan and sprinkle a handful of rolled oats across the top

Bake for 50 minutes!
