
Gluten Free S’more Oatmeal Bites
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Gf rolled oats
- 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp Cacao
- Dash Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- Mini marshmallows
- Dark chocolate
- Crumbled graham crackers
Instructions

Preheat oven 350F – line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix together all ingredients except for the marshmallows, dark chocolate, and graham crackers

Form the mix into 8 balls – make a thumbprint in each(this can be tough because the balls fall apart easily until they bake so press lightly)

Bake for 10 minutes

Once done take out and place two mini marshmallows in each thumbprint hole of the cookies, throw back into the oven for 3 minutes

When done drizzle with dark chocolate and graham crackers – enjoy!
