Healthy Thai Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package wonder noodles
  • 1 box bone brother
  • 1 hard-boiled cage free egg
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • pinch raw, grated ginger
  • red pepper flakes
  • salt&pepper to taste
  • microgreens
  • hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Heat up one package of bone broth over stove-top

  2. Add fresh grated ginger, turmeric, curry, salt&pepper, and red pepper flakes. 

  3. Cook noodles separately (as instructed on back of package) combine in a bowl and add egg, microgreens, and hemp hearts on top - or whatever you like!
