No-Bake Gluten Free S’more Bars

Ingredients

  • gluten Free honey Graham’s
  • all natural large marshmallows
  • dark chocolate bar
  • granola butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In an 8×8 dish lay out your graham crackers until base is covered. Next place one layer of marshmallows across the graham cracker base (I gently flattened each marshmallow so it fit better) – once done place in oven and broil until golden brown (keep an eye on it – they brown fast!) Melt your chocolate and coconut oil over low-medium heat until fully melted. Gently pour the chocolate over the graham cracker/marshmallow layers and distribute evenly covering everything with a rubber spatula. Lastly, drizzle granola butter on top and finish with a sprinkle of graham cracker. Pop into the freezer for at least 40 minutes before serving
