Ingredients

  • 2 cage free eggs if vegan sub flaxseed eggs (1 tbsp flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water)
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp organic cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients until fully combined and lastly fold in marshmallows and chocolate chunks

  3. Scoop small balls on lined baking sheet

  4. Bake for about 10 minutes!
