Vegan Broccoli & Cheese Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Container Siete cashew vegan Queso
  • 1 Cup Wild rice
  • Broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400F

  2. Toss broccoli florets in cooking oil – I use avocado or Thrive – then season with your favorite spices

  3. While waiting for broccoli to cook begin cooking your rice according to back of package

  4. Once rice is done mix in half of the Siete Queso then add the broccoli 

  5. Enjoy!
