Vegan Gluten-Free Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • crushed gluten free graham crackers
  • chopped salty dark chocolate chunks
  • vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender except for graham crackers, chocolate chunks, and marshmallows- blend until fully combined and smooth

  2. Pour into ice cream tray then transfer crushed graham crackers,chocolate chunks, and marshmallows as well. Swirl around with a knife until everything looks evenly distributed!

  3. Place in freezer for at least 6 hours before serving. Enjoy!
