
Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened nut milk
- 1 Tsp Date nectar or pure maple syrup
- 1 Tsp Coconut oil
- 1 Cup Gluten free flour
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Cup Rinsed and chopped raspberries

Mix all ingredients together. Spray your pan and plop down the batter!

Once each pancake is cooked through use a glass to carve out your perfectly circled pancakes! Enjoy
