Zucchini Fries

Zucchini Fries

  • 1 Cup Panko crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parm cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Zucchini cut into strips
  • 1/4 Cup Bob’s Red Mill flour gluten free
  • Organico bello marinara for dipping


  1. Preheat your oven at 425F - have a baking sheet with a cooling rack placed on top (this helps to keep the fries nice and crispy) ready to place your fries on

  2. Rinse and dry zucchini - cut the ends off and cut into strips - around 1/3 inch thick

  3. Place the zucchini strips in a large zip block bag with flour - shake it up until zucchini strips are covered evenly - place them aside 

  4. Combine panko bread crumbs, parm cheese, Montreal seasoning, and salt in a bowl or plate

  5. In a separate bowl or plate whisk your egg

  6. Begin to dip each fry one by one into egg and then the seasoned bread crumb mixture 

  7. Place on rack and cook for 17 minutes or until golden brown
