
Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 15-20 fingerling potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili onion crunch from Trader Joe’s
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
For Dipping
- Pesto But you can use whatever you like!
Instructions

preheat oven 450F and line baking sheet with parchment paper

Toss potatoes in oil + seasonings then lay flat on baking sheet

Bake for about 30-40 minutes and flip halfway through

Pair with pesto or any other homemade sauce/dip you love!
