Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Can Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Lemon, juiced About 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted red peppers jarred
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil Plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. place ingredients to a food processor. cover and pulse until a smooth. add in more olive oil or lemon juice and continue to pulse if the hummus still looks too chunky. season with more salt and pepper for taste if needed. place the hummus into a serving bowl and serve with whatever you like! i paired homemade mine with homemade breadsticks
