
Valentines Day Bark
Ingredients
- 1/2 Bag Chocolate chips
- 1 Tsp Coconut oil
- 1 Cup Raspberries, halved
- Coconut butter mixed with a raspberry reduction Melt coconut butter and about 2 raspberries over stovetop until fully combined
- Coconut shreds
Instructions

Melt chocolate and coconut oil over stove-top. Once fully melted pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – swirl in coconut butter raspberry reduction and top with raspberries and coconut shreds.

Place in freezer for about an hour then remove and crack into pieces.

Store in air tight container in the freezer
