Vegan / Gluten-Free Pancakes
- 1 + 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 + 1/4 cup almond milk
Combined dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then fold together!
Heat a large non-stick skillet greased with coconut oil.
Once hot add your batter and cook until bubbles form on the top then flip!
Pancakes should be golden brown when done
Transfer to plate and add all the fixings you like!
