Easy cut-out Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat your oven to 350F and line baking sheet with archment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well to create the dough.
Sprinkle some almond flour (or all-purpose) on parchment paper to prevent sticking and place the dough on top. Sprinkle some almond flour on top of the dough and then place another sheet of parchment paper on the top. This will make the rolling process much easier. Start rolling!
Grab your cookie cutters and start pressing – Cut out as many as you can and place them on your lined baking sheet.
When you have no more space to cut out cookies, roll the leftover dough back together in a ball and repeat the last couple of steps until you have no dough left.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Let the cookies cool completely before frosting – Enjoy.
